Calculator and template data

Your job assumptions and template entries are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us. When you adjust the calculator or copy a quote, we record the event name, displayed quote amount, anonymous session ID, time, and available referral tags. We do not collect a customer name, property address, individual job inputs, or invoice data.

Operator-list responses

If you voluntarily join the operator list, we store your email address, written response, consent time, displayed quote amount, anonymous session ID, and available referral tags so we can evaluate demand and reply about LawnQuote.

Storage and retention

The anonymous session ID is saved in your browser. Validation records are stored in Cloudflare D1. We keep validation records only while evaluating or operating LawnQuote, review them after the validation period, and delete information that is no longer needed. No advertising tracker is connected, and we do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Joining the operator list is optional and is not required to use the calculator or templates. Use the form below to request access, correction, or deletion. We use the submitted email only to verify and respond to the request.

Material changes to collection or use will be disclosed here when the related feature is implemented.
