Calculator and template data

Your job assumptions and template entries are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us. When you adjust the calculator, copy a quote, or click a Pricing Audit offer, we record the event name, CTA source, displayed quote amount when applicable, anonymous session ID, time, and available referral tags. We do not send email addresses, job data, or other personal information to analytics.

Pricing Audit intake

If you submit the Pricing Audit intake form, we store your name, email, optional business name and service area, pricing assumptions, anonymized job data, additional notes, consent time, anonymous session ID, and available referral tags so we can evaluate, prepare, and deliver the requested service. Do not submit customer names, full street addresses, or unnecessary personal information.

Support and operator-list responses

If you contact customer support or voluntarily join the operator list, we store your email address, written message, consent time, anonymous session ID, and available referral tags so we can evaluate the request and reply about LawnQuoteHQ.

Storage and retention

The anonymous session ID is saved in your browser. Validation, support, and Pricing Audit intake records are stored in Cloudflare D1. We also use privacy-friendly Plausible Analytics for aggregate pageviews and conversion events; it does not receive email addresses, job data, or the anonymous session ID. Payment providers process checkout information under their own privacy policies. No advertising tracker is connected, and we do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Joining the operator list and purchasing or requesting a Pricing Audit are optional and are not required to use the calculator or templates. Use the form below to request access, correction, or deletion. We use the submitted email only to verify and respond to the request.
