Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of LawnQuoteHQ, including the free calculator and any paid digital services. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Free informational pricing aid

LawnQuoteHQ performs arithmetic using the assumptions you enter. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice and does not determine a local market rate. You remain responsible for checking the inputs and deciding which prices to quote.

Paid services and delivery

The Lawn Mowing Pricing Audit and Done-for-You Pricing Card are personalized, manually prepared digital services based on the information you provide. Both products use 5–10 anonymized completed jobs as a calibration sample. The Pricing Card is a concise reusable deliverable and does not include the Audit’s full job-by-job comparison. Our stated delivery period begins only after we receive successful payment and complete, usable intake information. If information is missing or unclear, delivery is paused until you provide what is reasonably required to complete the service.

Billing standards and billing cycle

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The Lawn Mowing Pricing Audit is a one-time payment of $47, and the Done-for-You Pricing Card is a one-time payment of $29. These products are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. You are charged once at checkout for the product selected. Any tax, currency conversion, or payment-processing amount that applies to your purchase will be shown at checkout before you authorize payment.

Refund policy

Because the paid products are personalized digital services, you may request a full refund before we begin preparing your deliverable. Once work has begun or the deliverable has been sent, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we fail to provide the purchased service. If we cannot complete your order, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

No guaranteed outcome

Actual labor time, weather, damage, callbacks, taxes, payment collection, customer scope, and local conditions may change a job’s result. Neither the calculator nor a paid analysis guarantees profit, revenue, customer acceptance, or any other business result.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on an output. Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Acceptable use and user responsibility

Do not submit customer names, full street addresses, or unnecessary personal information. Do not use the site to misrepresent prices, violate another person’s rights, coordinate unlawful conduct, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or claim that LawnQuoteHQ guarantees a business result. You are responsible for losses and claims caused by your unlawful use of the service or material breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

If you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, or fail to pay an amount properly due, we may reject or cancel an order, remove submitted material, suspend access, terminate your right to use LawnQuoteHQ, or refuse future service. When reasonably possible, we will notify you and allow you to correct the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

Changes and service availability

LawnQuoteHQ is an early-stage service. We may update features, prices, availability, or these terms. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date and do not alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. The free calculator may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a competent court in mainland China with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
